Room was clean and comfy, the restaurant was consistently excellent across breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the staff were unfailingly helpful. On top of that the hotel is one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. A real treasure trove of a place, better than most museums, and this only added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. A hotel so good it would be worth going back to Malang just to stay there again.

Bed and pillow comfortable.They clean up and top up the toiletries and tea/coffee everyday. Good hospitality. Room is clean. They have balcony and kitchen area for eating and rest.
