Everything is perfect, the room, the pool, the restaurant…… We had the most relaxed time and beautiful experience in Bali when staying at Kubu Garden. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The host, Kade, is so hospitable and has made us feel at home. We would also like to recommend their newly-open cafe-restaurant on the street (a few minutes walk). The cuisine and dessert are excellent. The homemade sourdough bread is beyond compared.

Uluwatu Cottages overlooks the sea and landscaped gardens atop a cliff in Uluwatu, just 5 minutes' drive from Padang Padang Beach. Guests can lounge at the outdoor infinity pool, or request for a relaxing Balinese massage. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The pool area was great, plenty of seating options in both shade and sun, and the view over the ocean was amazing. No complaints about the room itself, it was spacious and everything was clean and comfortable. The location was also great - you do need to walk on an unlit road at night if you're coming down from the main road but it's not far and Grabs/Gojeks will come directly to the lobby.

A 5-minute stroll from the white sand Balangan Beach, La Cabane boasts an outdoor pool and wooden bungalows amidst tropical greenery. Each unit features sliding doors that open onto a private terrace facing the garden. WiFi access is free throughout the property. Everything was excellent. The staff really took care of us, especially when my friend got sick. It's a beautiful accommodation. They also share Biu Biu infinity pool, spa (sea view on a cliff) and restaurant which is a bonus. I definitely recommend this place if you don't mind spending a little more on the accommodation.

The traditional style bungalows come with a seating area and a safety deposit box. They are cooled with a fan and offer an en suite bathroom with hot and cold showers. Everything. The facilities, staff, location. My only complaint was I couldn’t book an extra night as they were busy. It was amazing and we will return.

We loved everything about this hotel. As it's family owned you get all the charm of a B&B with all the amenities and service of a 5 star hotel. Unlike larger resorts, everything has a personal touch. The grounds are gorgeous and the hotel is beautifully decorated. We toured around Bali and stayed at some really great hotels including quite a high end 5 star resort in Nusa Dua, but this was by far our favourite. Would 100% want to stay here upon every visit to Bali. Tranquil. Peaceful. Gorgeous.
