The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

The hotel is amazing and beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, our room as huge and so comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent.
