The rooms were clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff was amazing, the service was exceptional as well. . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff is welcoming, they have good atmosphere in the hotel. I received a room with a balcony and it was explained to me that the room direction is to tue quiet side, which I appreciated. Also, any of my small requests got answered by the staff members. I appreciate it! The light train is 2 minutes walk, shopping streets and restaurants are 2 minutes walk, the old city entrance (Jaffa gate) is about 15-20 minutes walk. Prime location 👍🏻

Free Wi-Fi access is available. For my wife and I, the hotel was perfect. hotel is small but charming. The staff was courteous and very helpful. They left coffee, tea, water and some traditional Israeli sweets available in the lobby 24 hours a day. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely be back.

It offers air-conditioned rooms with a free WiFi access. The location was amazing. My room looked down onto Jaffa Gate. I could watch the streams of people coming and going. In the distance was the King David Hotel. The breakfasts were exceptional with a wide variety of fruits, savory dishes, vegetables, breads, cheeses, and cereals. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The building itself is a historic delight.
