Luxurious and spacious rooms feature air conditioning, flat-screen TV and Italian "Frette" bed linen. The modern bathrooms are equipped with designer amenities. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and balcony was spacious and cozy. And last but not least, the heated floors in the bathroom were an unexpected delight!

The air conditioner was left on for our arrival. We received a complementary basket with water, mints, etc. The bathroom had shampoo and everything. All of us had towels. It is right on Jaffa Street in the heart of Jerusalem. We absolutely recommend this place.

The hotel was really comfortable and convenient. It is located near to most of the historical/Biblical places - and was a few meters from the Zion square. The old city Jaffa gate was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Then Mahne Yehuda market was also at a walking distance. I walked around Jerusalem - and it was just perfect that all the Biblical places were SO closeby. The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The breakfast was nutritious and healthy, with a lot of options. Perfect breakfast. Overall the hotel was just perfect value for money. The views outside the hotel were not flattering. But that is okay, since it was right by Zion Square with so many restaurants/eateries and shopping outlets. Honestly, it was more than I expected.

It offers air-conditioned rooms with a free WiFi access. The location was amazing. My room looked down onto Jaffa Gate. I could watch the streams of people coming and going. In the distance was the King David Hotel. The breakfasts were exceptional with a wide variety of fruits, savory dishes, vegetables, breads, cheeses, and cereals. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The building itself is a historic delight.
