This was an amazing surprise. We were immediately upgraded to a beautiful double room with a view to the ocean. The staff was kind and we were assisted with anything we needed immediately despite the size of the hotel. The meal spreads were spectacular -- some of the most variety I've ever seen and also tasty. Staff in the childrens' play room were kind and helpful. The location was perfect to get to stores (the lower floor is a mall), the boardwalk, and restaurants. We were thrilled and hope to return.
