Whatever you need, just ring the 24/7 reception, and it will be in your room within a minute.
The team promptly arranged taxis at the last minute - the hotel cab was available for us at all times, and has saved us a lot of worries dealing with the local taxis. The driver has been very kind, and accompanied us on our adventures around Goa.
They also gave us some advice on visiting local beaches, exchanged currency directly in the hotel, and made sure we have everything we need.
We also got a room with an amazing jungle view.

Good location. Reach to beach was just 5 mins walk from hotel backside.

The breakfast was fresh and varied. Reasonable quality however the restaurant was run down although the staff were all very attentive and lovely
The location was right on the beach and walking distance to local shops
There were a good selection of beach shacks to eat at
The open air bar was interesting however the weather was wet and windy
Nothing worth calling out here. Yes the design and interior works gives the hotel and rooms a very modern look. It is indeed well planned and thought of however the real challenge is how it can be maintained properly.
