Everything was very good especially the way they had kept everything a infant would need like the bottles steriliser, cot for baby , bath tub for baby and mostly they gave baby food whenever needed

We enjoyed the 90th party in Tango on 27th. All in all a memorable stay, will definitely be back. Had coffees in your coffee shop too.

We rested with our family for 4 days 09/02/2024-13/02/2024, booked 2 rooms, and were given 2 connecting rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. Super friendly staff! Everything was at the highest level and meeting our expectations and the level of the hotel. Friendly Ann (Annie or Anna, sorry for the wrong spelling) met us and made a check-in, showed and told us everything in detail. Then, Dwayne helped us with our questions during our accommodation. On the eve of the check-out, Lyndon helped us and made us check in for the plane and printed out our boarding passes. I also wanted to note the kindness of Ganesh, on the check-out day, we stayed in the room and made a delayed check-out until 14:00 with the usual check-out at 11:00 since our flight’s departure was at 18:00. In general, we liked everything very much and we had extremely positive impressions about Goa and our hotel. Thanks again to everyone at Heritage Village Resort & Spa Goa!

The staff are lovely, the facilities clean, and the food is delicious. I actually ate lunch and dinner there several times because the food was safe and always of the highest quality. The room was large, as was the bathroom, and overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was fresh and varied. Reasonable quality however the restaurant was run down although the staff were all very attentive and lovely
The location was right on the beach and walking distance to local shops

Interior design, swimming pool, sandalwood scent in the lobby, excellent personalised service, very high quality of served meals ( taste, variety, ingredients top).
Nothing worth calling out here. Yes the design and interior works gives the hotel and rooms a very modern look. It is indeed well planned and thought of however the real challenge is how it can be maintained properly.

Garden and pool areas were well planned and designed. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished and decorated. Our welcome was lovely too. The local beach is public and is beautiful.
