The architecture of the hotel is stunning. The hotel staff was very professional, reliable and friendly. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed the included breakfast and the value for money was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

It was walking distance to my office. Staff were very polite, pleasant, attentive and professional, from doorman, concierge, check in, housekeeping and security. They troubleshoot issues quickly and are proactive. Club floor Room is spacious.

The architectural design and decoration and quiet vibe. The helpful staff. The breakfast. You can use the facilities (pool, gym) of the Oberoi (connecting through the garden) but the employees in Oberoi are very unfriendly, Trident employees are very nice. They gave us a late checkout, but then we were napping and the reception called to ask when we want the Invoice, so the nap experience was ruined... Employees should know is great to be nice, but there is a limit also in which one needs silence and peace.
