I rarely take the time to eat breakfast at hotels when I travel, but this time was different. With so many options and excellent service, I look forward to breakfast at the Trident Hotel every morning. I had a complimentary transfer to the airport without requesting it. They really look after you so well

We had to leave early the last day and got breakfast to go. They even had free coffee and tea with cookies in the lobby in the afternoon. Attractions for example CSMT and Gateway of India are on short distance from the hotel. Overall a great hotel!

The room was very clean, beds comfortable and everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. The front of the hotel is on a busy highway but the back opens onto a residential area. The restaurant was extremely clean and inviting. We ate there all 3 nights that we stayed in the hotel. The food was excellent. The location is convenient to the bus station and railway station (short ride with a tuk tuk). The market area was also within walking distance. A very nice hotel for the money.

Comfortable stay , clean , good food but could be a lil better, very courteous restaurant staff and the manager , very supportive HK and maintenance staff at anytime including the team at reception.
