One of the best Hotels that I’ve ever stayed at, the staff is something from heaven , the hospitality from the day we checked in till the day we check out is phenomenal. One of the best locations in Mumbai the hotel located in. I want to thank all the staff, specially Mrs. Himani Charna , the duty manger she’s one of the best managers who can solve and deal with any issue you could imagine. Overall an excellent hotel and stay! Staff were absolutely brilliant! Everyone that we had dealings with were so friendly, helpful and professional, however a big thank you to the two staff serving breakfast (sorry did not get their names) and Vicky. The room had everything you needed and was clean and well maintained. Location was just perfect, 5 min walk from The Gateway to India. The breakfast was great, just what you need and made to order. We were a group of 5 with two rooms. We alI would highly recommend staying here. Thanks to all at The Gordon House Hotel.
