A 3-minute walk from 'Lady Doak College, JC Residency in Madurai provides an outdoor pool and a gym. This is a great hotel with great staff! The front desk staff were so helpful and gave us some amazing tips for our stay in Madurai. When we arrived there was a lovely lady behind reception who had some henna on her so she did some designs on my wife’s hand, which was a lovely little touch. They also have recommended Tuk Tuk drivers outside the hotel and they helped negotiate a price for the whole evening, where the driver waited for us wherever we went, for a great price. This hotel is located in a great place too!

We have never experienced such warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful service at any hotel around the world. Every staff member we met was polite, professional, and incredibly welcoming. A special mention to Akash Manoj, whom we met frequently during breakfast and dinner. His service was outstanding, and he made us feel very well looked after. Several other staff members even remembered our preferences and offered what we needed before we asked something we deeply appreciated. We also requested a late checkout as our flight was at night, and the front office staff arranged it immediately at no extra charge. This thoughtful gesture made our last day much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay truly memorable. We look forward to returning again soon.

The warmth and hospitality were the best ones i've ever encountered. People like Ramya, Ajith, Palash, Velina are surely great assets to this hotel. The kindness goes beyond everything. They surely made my stay here so comfortable thay i will surely come back. The food at TBO was also fantastic! Thanks again to Ajith who was the best helpful host. I will definitely rexommend this hotel to anyone looking forward to visit Chennai!
