The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

Es un resort en una ladera boscosa junto al núcleo. El lugar es muy bonito, al igual que el edificio, vestigio de tiempos coloniales. El trato de los propietarios es familiar, encantador sin compadreos. El desayuno es opíparo. Los desplazamientos al centro urbano se pueden hacer en rickshaw, que los mismos propietarios convocan por teléfono. No resulta un inconveniente, ni mucho menos.

El JC Residency de Madurai está a 3 minutos a pie del 'Lady Doak College y dispone de una piscina al aire libre y un gimnasio. The hotel is quiet and the small garden at the rear is an oasis. Very helpful staff, especially M Rajesh and Kamatchi in the restaurant, and Saranya Devi in Housekeeping. The restaurant has a wide choice of dishes, and the buffet is very good value if you would like to try a range of dishes. The location is fine - there's also a shopping mall and a good supermarket nearby, plus ATMs. I spent 14 nights there (my third long visit), and shall rebook when making my next visit to Madurai.

Breakfast was very good The room was excellent The staff were the standout attribute They were always smiling , happy to see you and incredibly helpful Any small short fall in the hotel was made up for by the excellent staff

The property was well maintained and the room was top notch and exceeded expectations. Accepted my special request and fulfilled them on-time. The staff from the doorstep, reception check-in area and laundry at the property were courteous. Special mention to staffs named Sivashanmugam, Riyaz and Barani did their job very well.
