This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. This elegant and contemporary hotel is set opposite Porta Nuova Train Station in Turin. It also includes a restaurant and free WiFi. Location is very good. Very near to train station and very easy to access the center city. Even I paid for Spa, it is wonderful. I like the spa and sauna very much. Breakfast also very fantastic. Thank you, all staff.

Residenza Dell' Opera offers elegant room and apartments in the centre of Turin, within 1 km of Piazza Castello Square, the Royal Palace of Turin, and Madama Palace. Spacious rooms, located right in the city center, but in a quiet area, cool restaurant right downstairs, lovely breakfast.

Το Hotel ai Cavalieri di Venezia βρίσκεται στο ιστορικό κέντρο της Βενετίας, σε απόσταση μόλις 450μ. από τη Γέφυρα Ριάλτο και 6 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο με καλόγουστη βενετσιανικη διακόσμηση το μπάνιο μεγάλο και άνετο! Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο! Το δωμάτιο καθαριζοταν 2 φορές την ημέρα πρωί και απόγευμα! Το πρωινό πλούσιο και χορταστικό! Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου ήταν κεντρική κοντά στο san marco και στην γέφυρα του rialto. Πήγαινες παντού με τα πόδια! Για μας το ξενοδοχείο ήταν βασικό γιατί ήταν το γαμήλιο ταξίδι μας και θέλαμε όλα να είναι τέλεια! Και ήταν όλα ονειρεμένα! Σας ευχαριστούμε όλους πολύ! Ευχόμαστε να ξαναρθουμε σύντομα

The apartment is in the middle of the city and the owner helped us with everything and was very kind to us. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel, extremely attentive staff. extraordinary breakfast. I don't know if I would recommend visiting Turin because it is very vandalized. It's very sad to see the state of the city, but our stay at the hotel was excellent. What I like most about Turin is Juve.
