Beautifully appointed room with period furniture and modern bathroom There was a spiral staircase to the rooftop which offered a spectacular panoramic view of Camucia and the surrounding countryside. The family run restaurant prepared a delicious breakfast with homemade jams , bread, cakes and local meats. The hosts were very welcoming and generous. We had a reservation at a nearby restaurant, but on our next visit we would definitely choose the family restaurant as our first stop .

Hotel San Luca is in Cortona historic centre, a 15-minute drive from Lake Trasimeno. It offers air-conditioned and classic-style rooms with satellite TV and minibar. This is a beautiful hotel right as you enter Cortona with an amazing veranda overlooking the hills. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. Would definitely return. I had a single room with a window and fun view. The pictures were taken from the Veranda.
