The view in this property was truly incredible, the location was perfect (being close to the town and the lift down to Isola Bella), the room was great — but the best thing about this place was the people... The host and his mother were so kind. The host provided me with a long list of recommendations of the best non touristy places for a birthday dinner I was planning. His mum made us a beautiful breakfast for our balcony every morning and was truly adorable. On the day of the birthday she came into the room with a candle in a pastry to sing happy birthday along with breakfast 🥹 Thank you both!

Giovanna received us with great gentleness. We felt as we were at home. Our room had as an espectacular view to Isola Bella. We could walk to the Beach and to the centre of the City.

The pool area is clean and well-maintained, providing a lovely spot to unwind. Palazzo Rosso also serves excellent food, primarily featuring fish dishes, which you can enjoy in the beautiful garden area. The entire staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the owner, Davide, is always available to assist guests. We loved our time there and highly recommend it. We would definitely return.

People, extremely friendly who takes care of any details you would need to make you stay interesting and fruitful. The house looks great, especially with beautiful view of Etna volcano from the breakfast area in front of swimming pools. Kids are extremely happy :)
