When we arrived personnel welcomed us with romantically arranged room since it was our anniversary holiday trip, which we consider to be a very polite and thoughtful gesture. Rooms was cozy, beds and pillows great, bathroom very spacious. Breakfast was very good, basic options but very yummy and fresh, rooms and facilities clean and personnel very polite, helpful and welcoming! We would gladly return! Thank you Palazzo Martellini!
