We would stay again if ever we go back. Communication was also very good because we did not arrive until around 9pm after the office was closed.

Owner lady was very nice and pleasant. Employees were very kind. Room was clean and well maintained, with beautiful lake view. Breakfast was very tasty. I loved it. Location is good, right in front of the ferry terminal, and only 5 to 6 minutes walk from the Varenna-Esino train station. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
