We really liked the location, the staff, the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. They truly love animals, and it’s even possible to be by the pool with them. It was very clean both in the room and throughout the property. The kitchen and the attentive waitstaff fulfilled our request for a kids’ menu and even prepared something that wasn’t on the menu. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. The suite beds are very comfortable and the spa service was excellent. The breakfast was very good with fresh tropical fruits and beautifully crafted coffee. The hotel’s restaurant on the beach has fantastic options for dinner. I travel to this region for work often and Valentino Resort will be my number one choice
