Zwembad met fantastisch uitzicht op de Vesuvius! Een magische plek!! Uitstekende bedden! Absoluut een aanrader!!! Ze wassen gratis je kleding . Heel fijn! Shuttle bus van en naar Sorrento is top!! Rit duurt een kwartiertje. Voor ons is deze plek echt een 10!!

Palazzo Gargiulo Luxury Rooms & Suites ligt op 180 meter van de kathedraal van Sorrento en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning en gratis WiFi. We loved staying here! Great location in the middle of town, short walking distance to everything. Our room was on the top floor and on the street, and very quiet and comfortable. The split rooms provided a nice bit of privacy (although AC is only in main room, and you must go through main bedroom to exit room). Lovely patio with a view of building rooftops (but is only real non-bedroom space). The receptionist was incredibly sweet, helpful, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The building has an elevator that goes to higher levels and was appreciated after tiring days. Our floor had a mini kitchen in a cabinet that was shockingly well equipped for its size and a welcome facility.

Casa a Mare biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en airconditioning, op 30 meter van de kust van Sorrento. Het Piazza Tasso bevindt zich op 10 minuten lopen. Casa a Mare is a very cute B&B situated over the ancient city gate above the Marina Grande a very cozy little harbour with nice restaurants and a little beach. We were welcomed by our friendly host with a glass of limoncello and a piece of fresh panetone and a lot of information about Sorrent. The room was clean and big with a fantastic view on the sea. The tiny balcony of the hotelroom was overlooking the marina. In the night it was very quiet. We had breakfast on the roof terrace. Only one morning because it had rained, breakfast was served in the room which was also great. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We totally felt at home. We arrived by train from Naples. It took us 15-20 min by foot to get to the hotel. The last bit leads over big stairs which might be difficult with heavy suitcases. The cobbled stones are also a bit of a drag with the suitcases and there is no elevator in the hotel. But it is soooo worth it! All in all the stay in this little gem of a hotel was a wonderful experience.
