We even had a small balcony, overlooking orange trees. The host was so lovely and helpful, we communicated via whatsapp and answered all our questions. We even had some chocolates on the bed when we arrived, juice in the fridge and a small bottle of champagne which were very much appreciated, since we spent new year there. 7 minutes to Pisa Leaning Tower, 20 to the train station, and right in the old town, a short walk from everything. 100% would recommend this place and will come back for sure

What an amazing little B&B. It's right in the town center. Behind the Piazza del Campo. We parked our car in the car park ,,Il Corso", which was a 15 min walk away and 35€ for 24h. There is no parking in the city center. The rooms in the B&B are spacious, modern and very clean. Breakfast in the Cafè Nannini is included and only a short walk away. The breakfast is very good. The staff sent some restaurant recommendations in advance and even though some of them were closed as it was Sunday we found an open Osteria, they recommended and the food was excellent.
