The accommodation was excelent, very cosy, very very close to everything! The room was so pretty, nicely decorated and we had everything we needed, the little fridge was super helpful. We even had a small balcony, overlooking orange trees. The host was so lovely and helpful, we communicated via whatsapp and answered all our questions. We even had some chocolates on the bed when we arrived, juice in the fridge and a small bottle of champagne which were very much appreciated, since we spent new year there. 7 minutes to Pisa Leaning Tower, 20 to the train station, and right in the old town, a short walk from everything. 100% would recommend this place and will come back for sure

What an amazing little B&B. It's right in the town center. Behind the Piazza del Campo. We parked our car in the car park ,,Il Corso", which was a 15 min walk away and 35€ for 24h. There is no parking in the city center. The rooms in the B&B are spacious, modern and very clean. Breakfast in the Cafè Nannini is included and only a short walk away. The breakfast is very good. The staff sent some restaurant recommendations in advance and even though some of them were closed as it was Sunday we found an open Osteria, they recommended and the food was excellent. Thank You for a pleasant stay!

Best Location beautiful hotel with top of everything, staff were very professional and friendly, decorating room with big size , super clean. The hotel like an Art Gallery everything about it was excellent and every detail was top quality. Breakfast was so tasty and the garden area was a beautiful place to enjoy our breakfast in. WE LOVE IT ❤️

The location of of this B&B was phenomenal. We were in the separate building. When we first booked, the reviews made us hesitant about the separate building, but it was a blessing in disguise. Our room (Caterina) in the separate building fronted on to the square, Piazza del Repubblica. In the evenings, there was live music you can enjoy from the comforts of your own room. If you want some quiet, the soundproof windows do an AMAZING job of cutting out sound. We had such an amazing experience in Florence because of the location of the room. Dinner out in Florence, followed by live music in our room after a long day. It was perfect for us As for the other reviews about the location of the separate building, we came prepared and looked up the location of the building, in order to find it when we checked in at reception down the street. Clearly, the hotel has tried very hard to improve on these reviews because, the receptionist checked us in, then walked us over to the separate building, showed us how to use the elevator and showed us which keys to use to access the apartment/building. We were pleasantly surprised with the instructions and the helpfulness of the reception staff. Breakfast is located a little further down the road (it is closer to the separate building) so it wasn't a far walk for us. The reception staff at the other hotel were friendly and directed us where to go to have breakfast. For the money, this breakfast was incredible. Buffet style - all you can eat pastries, yogurts, meats/cheeses, cakes cereals, orange juice, coffee, etc. They even make you eggs how you like them. We were missing our larger North American style breakfast. For 15 euros a person, it may seem a bit pricey, but you 100% get what you pay for. Quantity was far better than any breakfast at restaurants we have been to and the food was delicious. The staff working at the breakfast area were lovely and very friendly.

The staff were surprisingly helpful and friendly. They help us with absolutely everything! We can only thank Antonio for making our trip even more perfect!

The staff is just amazing - they all helped me from day one - including having my breakfast early as I had to leave for meetings outside Florence. The rooms are awesome. The breakfast is excelent. I will stay there again for sure.

Very stylish, clean and friendly place. Close to Lucca old town, easy walk of one kilometre. Breakfast is served in the beautiful living room, looking into the green garden.

The hotel was very cozy and authentic, the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious.
