I didn't stay with the BHA but Ali was extremely kind, there was a mistake with booking when I booked. He prepared another room in a very close hotel and made sure I feel comfortable and happy. He insisted I have breakfast at the BHA and prepared it although I had to leave at 6:00 in the morning. Thank you so much Ali!

Amman International is a five star boutique Hotel , Ideally located at Queen Rania street , within a walking distance of Jordan university and Almadena Almunawara street which is one of the most... Everything was better than expected. The hotel was luxurious and very nicely decorated. The personnel was very polite. The service was exquisite.

Room was large and comfortable with view of the street. Breakfast was great with individual trays with diverse options and fresh omelet. Staff was fantastic organizing airport shuttles and helping us figure out a lost luggage with the local airport agents over the phone. I highly recommend the place.
