Our reservation allowed us to use the spa area, which included a pool, heated jacuzzi, salt water pool and saunas. The area of the hotel we stayed in had an amazing view to the dead sea and was very peaceful. The staff at the dead sea was super helpful, providing instructions on how to use the sea, the mud, and exfoliating salts that are available for guests.

The thermal springs are absolutely maxing. World class attraction. Hotel guests are also allowed to enjoy the hot mineral waterfall and natural steam cave 24 hours per day! My girlfriend and I enjoyed a midnight swim and steam with these attractions all to ourselves. Wonderful spa and massage the day after. By far the best spa/wellness experience of my life.

The hotel is beautifully designed and constructed, like a little village, with intricate landscaping areas and multiple pools and hangout areas, amazing! Rooms are great and very clean, beds are large and very comfortable. Staff is very nice and helpful. Dead sea access is very good, and the staff help bringing mud to put on your skin. Overall, it was amazing and would definitely go back.
