Hotel Pacific Kanazawa is located just a 15-minute walk from JR Kanazawa Train/Bullet Train Station. Free WiFi and a bicycle rental service are available on site. Everything! The staff is very-very helpful. The hotel has a nice, modern and chill atmosphere! I would give them 11 point if I could. Try the plum wine! Also the guide (about the restaurants) in the room was quite helpful.

Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

This place was amazing! You stepped into a quiet, calm sanctuary. Room was very comfortable. The staff was super kind and helpful! A small but very intimate onsen helps you relax. Bed was comfortable. And the traditional japanese breakfast was amazing! I would come back again! And hopefully I shall! ありがとうございます

Location was amazing- walking distance from the station and from the old town. The place was beautiful, and the rooms had everything. Futons were very comfy. The onsen was the best I tried so far (but I haven’t tried a lot). We did the private bath, and it was really nice. They also lend you yukatas to wear around the ryokan. And the staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful!

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. All the staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The dinner and breakfast were beyond expectations. The heated bathroom flooring was a very nice touch.

Surrounded by four gardens that change colours throughout the seasons, Kanazawa Sainoniwa Hotel offers spa facilities and an on-site restaurant. Tone of the best experiences I had from a hotel. The staff was helpful, generous and caring. Breakfast was great. The public bath was great. We enjoyed it very much.
