Their staff was very nice and friendly. They helped to take photos for me & arranged my baggage to the train station. Overall, a perfect service for the guests.

The staff were very helpful. The bed is excellent. Location is excellence. It feels like a first class Hotel. The shower was absolutely fantastic and could be enjoyably used by more than one person at a time

Great onsen, the one outside was great after a day walk. The staff was sweet and helpful all the times. They have a shuttle bus operating from the hotel to center and the other 7 public onsens.

Just a short walk through the central part of the city to the Castle. I highly recommend walking from the hotel to the castle at night. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The free ramen was great. Served by the loveliest chef in Japan. The breakfast was incredible. The onsen was lovely. All the staff were so friendly. So glad we stayed here.

The location on the port was amazing and our room had a wonderful view down the harbour. The staff were very friendly too.
