Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Staff was really kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean with traditional tables and beds. We really loved the two private onsens. Totally recommended!

Founded in the 12th century and beloved by Junichiro Tanizaki and other Japanese novelists, Tosen Goshobo is the oldest of the hot-spring inns at Arima. I liked everything, the staff are superb (thank you Mina, you are the best!), the food is amazing, the hot spring are relaxing, it is very clean and the location is the best in town.

Overlooking the beautiful Kobe Harbour, Oriental Hotel offers luxurious accommodation in the heart of the historic Kyu-Kyoryuchi area. Staff were highly accommodating and very informative about the details and additionals to my stay. The views from the room were amazing and the room itself was fantastic.

We had tea, water, beers available in the room. The bathroom had aminities available and was super nice. Overall it was super comfortable. The onsen inside the hotel was the best one out of all I saw in Kinosaki. Great experience! They gave us yukatas and towels, even footwear. You had free access to all onsens in town with a QR they provided you. Tattoos are not a problem too. We also had a kaiseki meal, which was an experience in itself. Some of the best food I had in Japan, and the service was amazing, we were explained what everything was and enjoyed it a lot. Our host was amazing. I am hoping to come back at some point in the future. The personel was amazing, super friendly and kind. It was a pleasure to be a guest! Definitely a highlight in my trip :)

Hotel Okura Kobe is located on the waterfront, 500 metres from the Motomachi shopping area. Featuring Western-style rooms with free WiFi access, the hotel offers 6 dining options. The view from the rooms facing the bay is fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location is really on the tip of the peninsula, there is a bit of a walk to the metro, but not a problem.
