Staff are very friendly and the hotel has a cozy atmosphere.

Surrounded by four gardens that change colours throughout the seasons, Kanazawa Sainoniwa Hotel offers spa facilities and an on-site restaurant. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself is lovely, but the staff create such a nice friendly atmosphere. They really made it an exceptional experience. The breakfast was great, even as a vegan couple we had some choices (although quite limited amount).

They were always smiling and very approachable. - The staff were kind enough to provide with an earlier check-in (1pm) which is very rare in Japan. - The room was very comfortable with all the amenities exactly as mentioned in booking.com portal. - Great location. Bus stop to Kanazawa station was right outside the hotel (distance to kanazawa station is just 5mins by bus and 15 minutes by walk. - Omiochi market and a few eateries and konbinis were available around the hotel.
