Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Room was massive for one person. Fantastic view of the pagoda (but the main tori gate was not visible). Location is located slightly uphill but still close to the main shopping street and the shrine. The room shares the bathroom and shower with everyone else, but has its own sink so it's more convenient. The shared bathrooms were clean, and there's a shared bath that people can reserve.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Καθαρό δωμάτιο με αίσθηση πολυτέλειας. Ζητήσαμε και μας δόθηκε ο χώρος του ανδρικού onsen ως private για εμένα και την κοπέλα μου για μισή ώρα μετά την κανονική ώρα κλεισίματος του Onsen.

Το Oyado Tsukiusagi παρέχει δωμάτια σε Miyajima, σε απόσταση 2,4 χλμ και 1,1 χλμ από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Tsutsumigaura και Πάρκο Momijidani, αντίστοιχα. Thank you for a beautiful stay here. There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. Beautiful property, excellent staff AND amazing dinner. Just incredible.

Το Sakuraya ανακαινίστηκε το 2013. Προσφέρει οικονομικά δωμάτια ιαπωνικού στυλ με θέα στο βουνό ή στη θάλασσα και δωρεάν Wi-Fi στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Very friendly staff, nice location, loved the tatami and the bed. Bath was a nice little addition to comfort.

Το Miyajima Morinoyado άνοιξε ξανά τον Απρίλιο του 2014 μετά από ανακαίνιση και προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια και ευρύχωρο δημόσιο λουτρό. Only had one night I wish we had more. Located slightly away from the crowds and closer to nature in Miyajima, this hotel had wonderful view, comfortable room and amazing service in a peaceful atmosphere. Rich and beautifully served breakfast. They also offered to take us to the docks whenever was needed which was greatly appreciated.
