Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). Highlight of my trip, I wish we stayed 2 nights not just one. Great hospitality and wonderful facilities. Personally the futon was very comfortable since I prefer harder matress. A 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal, very close to the main attractions.

Just a 7-minute walk from Itsukushima Shrine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Combining modern design with a homely decor, Kikunoya Hotel offers both Western and Japanese-style rooms. Our traditional tatami room was super cute! The staff were very friendly, and the public spa was great too. We also loved the small sweet surprise waiting for us.

Thank you for a beautiful stay here. There are only a few rooms, which makes it super private and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean and comfortable. They even provide free coffee in the lobby. Location is superb, just 3min walking from the ferry port (but still super quiet and peaceful)

ITSUKUSHIMA IROHA is located in Miyajima’s Omotesando Avenue, a 5-minute walk from Itsukushima Shinto Shrine and Miyajima Pier. Everything, location, the view, the staff, the privacy, the bed, the wooden bath tub, the tatami flooring… love it!!!

Το Sakuraya ανακαινίστηκε το 2013. Προσφέρει οικονομικά δωμάτια ιαπωνικού στυλ με θέα στο βουνό ή στη θάλασσα και δωρεάν Wi-Fi στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. I booked my room @ 3rd floor with Sea view is simply an awesome decision. The room was spacious and superbly clean.. tatami was really comfortable as well. Staffs at front desk are so welcoming, warm & helpful. The location itself is just amazing. About 8 minutes walk to the ferry pier and also 7 mins walk to the famous Itsukushima Shrine with the floating gate (Torii). I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Το Miyajima Morinoyado άνοιξε ξανά τον Απρίλιο του 2014 μετά από ανακαίνιση και προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια και ευρύχωρο δημόσιο λουτρό. Great Hospitality! Staff was super kind and helped us with all we needed. Traditional dinner and breakfast were phenomenal! Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Miyajima.
