They, can secure you to rent a bikes directly in hotel, they can pick you up or give a ride if needed. Staff was really friendly and they could speak English. But the most amazing part is the room where you sleep on tatami and have breathtaking view on Mt. Fuji. They also have their own onsen and massage chairs.

Offering a Mount Fuji view from the garden, Lake Villa Kawaguchiko is a self-catering accommodation located in Fujikawaguchiko. Free WiFi access is available. Great hosts, very welcoming. The location is very close to the lake where you can see mt Fuji. We were also able to rent bikes from the villa and there were food trucks coming for breakfast and dinner.

That's an amazing place to stay near Kawaguchiko and away from the crowds. The host is extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful. The house is comfortable, and the view of Fujisan is awesome. BBQ is available upon request and we enjoyed it a lot. Looking forward to staying here again!

K’s House Mount Fuji is a 19-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Train Station. It offers simple accommodation with free Wi-Fi, a free-use kitchen and spacious lounge in the popular Mount Fuji area. Very cozy hostel with a close location to everything in Kawaguchiko! In clear conditions you can even see Mt Fuji right when you stepped out of the entrance door. The staff was super welcoming! Perfect location, right next to the train and bus station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. 10 minutes walk to the lake. Our tatami room is very clean and tidy, with the amazing view of Mt. Fuji right outside of our window. We were so lucky with the weather as well, cloudless blue sky for the whole two days so we had superb view of the Fuji everyday. It was very interesting to try the traditional Japanese room and to sleep in the futons. Top floor public bath is very nice too. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
