The location could not be more perfect. A gorgeous cottage right in the middle tea fields, you could not ask for a better way to experience the Nuwara Eliya/ Nanu Oya hill country. The staff were exceptional in theory professionalism and friendliness. The fppd was exquisite. And the view will be forever seared into my memory as what heaven might look like. If you manage to pull yourself away from the delights of the cottage, the Somerset Tea Factory tour was absolutely exceptional. My friend had already been on a tea factory tour and for me the trip was really perfunctory (when in Rome) but it was absolutely fascinating, I learned so much. I could not recommend it more. A top tea-er experience!!

I had an amazing stay at the Golf Green City Bungalow, a stunning boutique hunting lodge!! The room was unlike anything I'd ever seen before, and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel staff were incredibly dedicated, professional, efficient, and also very kind and authentic. The central location was great, and I had some great trips with the advice of the experienced hotel manager, Sudharshini. The food was also amazing, with tasty dinners and breakfasts prepared by chef Chandra. The service provided by Dharshi was excellent, and the warm atmosphere made my stay even more delightful. I was delighted with my experience and want to thank everyone for making my stay so memorable. I will come back soon!

El Heritance Tea Factory ofrece la mejor estancia de estilo colonial realzada por la plantación de té y la bruma de las montañas. My experience at this hotel was truly amazing! It’s in a gorgeous location that feels quiet and far from the city but isn’t actually far or hard to get to. The staff are extremely kind. I was there during the cyclone and felt very safe and well taken care of. Priya the general manager and all of the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt safe. Priya went to the police station daily to check in on road conditions and helped me arrange a safe way to the South when the weather had passed. The hotel offered free snacks, tea and cooking demonstrations while roads were blocked. I will definitely be returning!!
