Heritance Tea Factory biedt de ultieme verblijfservaring in een koloniale stijl en wordt omringd door een theeplantage en de mistige bergen. My experience at this hotel was truly amazing! It’s in a gorgeous location that feels quiet and far from the city but isn’t actually far or hard to get to. The staff are extremely kind. I was there during the cyclone and felt very safe and well taken care of. Priya the general manager and all of the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt safe. Priya went to the police station daily to check in on road conditions and helped me arrange a safe way to the South when the weather had passed. The hotel offered free snacks, tea and cooking demonstrations while roads were blocked. I will definitely be returning!!

Uitgebreid ontbijt. Bij aankomst spontaan upgrade gekregen naar grotere kamer. Ruime kamer. Uitstekende douche.

Location and quietness were the 2 best parts about this stay. The room felt so cosy and warm, comfortable beds, and a great little TV in front to pop on just before bed.
