The house is perfectly located to visit the old town. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Can only recommend.

The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... We had the best experience! Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The bar was a highlight for us and they made special drinks to appease my husband’s curiosity about the Arrack. Definitely a highlight of our entire trip!

The number is spacious, there is everything you need (air conditioning, fan, storage places, refrigerator and microwave oven). Good Internet if you need to work. Very tasty breakfast, large cuisine and dining area. Safe accommodation, gate and gate are closed to the lock. There is a place for parking in the territory of the villa. The excellent location of the villa, not far from the bus stop, railway stage and beach. The very good -natured owner helped us deliver suitcases to the station.

Wonderful and very stylish villa with amazing food!!! The villa is very intimate since it is only 3 rooms, and it is secluded in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery, but still a short drive to the city of Galle. The food is unbelievable. We only had breakfast (we regret not having had dinner there too) and it was the best breakfast of our lives! The rooms are big and nicely decorated, with a unique style. There are areas to chill in the villa too, besides tje pool area. They allowed us to do late checkout at no extra cost which we appreciated highly.

Loved everything! The hotel is really charming and cute. The room was clean and looks like on the pictures. The staff was super kind and helped organizing a driver to get to the next location and gave me some great tips. The location is absolutely perfect, you reach everything in a few minutes walking and you can see the sunset from next to the hotel.

Το Club Villa απέχει μόλις 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια από την παραλία Μπεντότα και προσφέρει εξωτερική πισίνα και περιποιήσεις μασάζ. It really felt like going back in time; beautifully decorated by Geoffrey Bawa giving the typical tropical movement vibe. Very tranquil place, the garden is stunning, breakfast delicious and you have the luxury of the swimming pool and just a 5 minute walk away also the quiet beach. The train running through the garden only every once in a while makes it extra special. The noise never bothered me while I am a light sleeper (as of midnight until +/- 05:00 the train doesn't pas by anymore anyway). There are many guests who have been coming back for years. That already says enough. The staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely loved it here, thank you for this special experience and truly hope to come back in the future!
