Beautiful boutique hotel close to the airport (but you’d never know). They had a fairly extensive menu considering this is not a big property and it was delicious. The staff were exceptional and we loved our stay of three nights here. They had complimentary afternoon tea and drinks every afternoon which was a fabulous touch, which you took on the veranda. The kids played croquet on the lawn while we’d have a G&T and then return for a board game with us. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

The pool was clean (they clean it every morning I saw it) the room was comfortable and the owner is very nice and helpful.

Everything was great at the end and we enjoyed our stay and service. I would recommend for receptionist to be more welcoming and flexible during check in ;)

Situated on the beachfront, The Beach Hotel offers panoramic views over Negombo Beach. It features an outdoor pool, a fitness centre and complimentary WiFi access. The location was perfect,walking distance to most of the restaurants and also just next to the beach,rooms were spacious and clean!

Mr Lalith was terrific. We stayed in properties that cost much more than this place, and yet the level of service and attention that Mr Lalith provided was exceptional. He took care of our transportation, and made sure our trip and smoothly. Thank you Lalith.
