This peaceful hotel is located within 4 km from Kandy Railway Station. Kandy City Centre and the popular Temple of Tooth Relic is only 2 km away while Bandaranaike International Airport is 103 km away. The bungalow sits atop a hill with a view of a river, hills and forested landscape capturing a picturesque view of Kandy. The morning mist encompasses the bungalow making you feel you're living in the clouds. With an infinity pool and attentive service and a gorgeous property this stay capped my entire Sri Lanka trip. The bungalow is located 15 min drive from the main property but check-in and everything else is handled directly at the bungalow. The rooms are clean and well furnished. Manju (head of housekeeping) took our orders and overall made our stay enjoyable. The food cooked by the private chef was memorable. Would encourage all friends to visit.

Located in the heart of Kandy City, Villa 49 is 1 km from the famous Temple of Tooth. Its restaurant serves local and Western dishes. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided. A cable TV is available in the lobby. Shannai and staff were so welcoming. The property is nicely situated at the end of the lake, away from the hustle of Kandy. The aesthetic design of this boutique hotel is truly beautiful.

Located just 2.5 km from the holy Sri Dalada Maligawa, Sky Pavilion offers contemporary accommodation overlooking Mahaweli River, the mountains and lush greenery. It provides free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Staff looked after us really well. Loved the hotel tuk tuk and Kandy Tours - with Austin. Definitely use this as more reliable and better than other tuk tuk. Continental breakfast was good. Chef makes delicious Sri Lankan food! This was in a great central location.

But you have to climb a steep road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was a great stay. The staff was so friendly and warm. It’s a crowded hotel with lots of tourists coming and going but I felt really welcomed and one of the managers even gave us some treats on our way out

And the room is huge with a lovely view. Peaceful and quiet stay, and a great pool. Incredible value for money

Nestled within Kandy’s lush green hills, Hotel See Kandy features an outdoor pool and offers comfortable rooms with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property. Beautiful view from the balcony. Very friendly stuff. Good location. Spacious rooms. Nice pool though we didnt have time to use it. The staff helped us get tickets for a local dance show, which was great.

The property is a 15-minute drive from the Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya. Kandy railway and bus stations are about 1 km away, while The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is 40 km away. It is 800 metres away from Kandyan Cultural Centre and 5 km from the Tea Museum. We had two rooms. In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.

It offers colonial-style accommodation with an outdoor pool, 3 dining options and free parking on site. Everything superb old hotel in kandy it is old and dated but it charm is great. Unique experience of days gone by !
