The building is an exclusive villa and features colourful rooms with antique furnishings and free Wi-Fi. An absolutely outstanding villa. The staff were attentive and the food was exceptional. The facilities were everything that you could desire for a relaxing get away with friends. Location was excellent. Tuk tuks were easy to access following a short stroll down the path. The grounds and the pool were exceptionally well maintained. Absolutely exceptional value for money.

This is a great boutique stay for couples and families. Staff knew every visitor and provided great recommendations, for activities and food, even though the breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel was the best food. Special shout out to Kenny at the front of desk; no request was too big for him. Located a short tuk tuk ride from mirissa beach and Welegama ( surfing) - we will be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Sri Lanka. 5 start hotel, 5 star service, 5 start food ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
