Offering a restaurant, Riad Baladin is located in Essaouira. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including surfing. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The riad is a little oasis of tranquility in the bustling medina. A perfect blend between traditional architecture and comfort, the riad is designed very well to let in a lot of light, which is often not the case in Morocco. The single room is snug but stil feels spacious. The bathroom was very clean. I didn't use the hot tub, but they have a system where you can easily book it over the course of the day (it's almost always available) and so you can have it to yourself! The breakfast on the terrace is excellent both in terms of location and the quality of the food. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, starting from Felix, the manager, as well as the breakfast staff and the night guard, who prepared an excellent breakfast for me before opening times.

Located in the historic centre, Riad Dar Maya is a luxury guest house with a rooftop terrace, a hot tub and a library. Guests can also enjoy the steam bath or a massage treatment, at a surcharge. Beautifully decorated and clean rooms and wonderful service.

This Moroccan guesthouse is set on the banks of the Oued Ksob River, and offers 2 swimming pools and a wellness centre. Guests are free to relax in the garden or on the poolside terraces. Most beautiful location. Very friendly people. Very good foid and drinks. We will come back

Located in Essaouira’s medina, this seafront riad offers stylish rooms with a traditional Moroccan décor and 2 terraces with sea views. Beautiful Riad. We had the Saphir Suite…. One of onlya few rooms that overlook the ocean. Unbelievable view and well worth the money. The young lady at the front desk was so lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Wonderful, elegant, had a hard time leaving the hotel for sightseeing. Very refined, yet friendly place and helpful staff. Excellent rooms. High quality food. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful riad and very welcoming staff and management. Perfect location to visit Essaouira and most notably, the breakfasts were superb! We also booked a dinner at the riad one evening and it was absolutely delicious and one of our best meals in Morocco!

A Culinary Delight: Breakfast at Madada Mogador was a feast for the senses, served on a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the sea and medina. The fresh pastries, local jams, and perfectly brewed coffee were a treat for us, while the staff thoughtfully prepared child-friendly options for my little ones. Dining here felt like a cherished family ritual. Perfectly Located for Exploration: The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the medina and steps away from Essaouira’s iconic beach. This made it easy to explore the vibrant streets, markets, and cultural landmarks while being close enough to return for a midday rest. The staff also recommended family-friendly activities, such as camel rides on the beach and visits to local artisan workshops, which delighted my children.

Next to the ocean, the Mimouna is a traditional riad offering peaceful accommodation and a large terrace with panoramic sea views in Essaouira. Free Wi-Fi is available in the Mimouna’s public areas. Amazing view of the sea. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Peaceful and relaxing.
