The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the city’s main highlights, including the charming Old Town, beautiful beaches, and the bustling marina. Where shall I start? I travelled with my family. During our stay it was my wife's birthday. Upon our arrival we were informed that our room was upgraded without any additional charge to a 2-Bedroom Residence Seaview. It was amazing and very spacious. We used many of the facility options that we had such as the Spa, the gym, the basketball court, the ping pong, the gaming area. We also did a massage with Nisarat which was great. In addition to further impress our stay, in the morning of my wife's birthday we found a letter from the hotel wishing her happy birthday and a cake was waiting us in the fridge. This saved me a lot of time and search as in Dubrovnik I could find only places that sell gelato. Last but not least, we requested a late checkout which was granted by the hotel. The hotels' staff was very polite and helped us elevate our experience throughout our stay. Thank you Sun Gardens, we will return in the future.
