Το Che Suites Playa, στον προορισμό Πλάγια Ντελ Κάρμεν, προσφέρει δωρεάν WiFi, ηλιόλουστη βεράντα με πισίνα και κοινόχρηστο χώρο lounge. The place was super clean, nice and welcoming and the staff were lovely. Special thanks to Jess who helped with everything I needed and magda who was very nice.

I did my birdwatching with a cup of coffee at the pool. Imagine a collared aracari in this green oasis in a busy part of Tulum. Hosts were very nice and helpful, for instance with their maps of their favorite restaurants and the best attractions. Breakfast under the thatched roof is wonderful.

I absolutely *loved* this hotel - I was a bit apprehensive about staying in the middle of party-land, but this is an oasis of calm and comfort! I had a room facing the garden at the back and the auxiliary patio doors kept out the noise at night. Lovely touches in the room - drinking glasses upside down with tissue paper to keep the edges clean, shower curtain finished off with blue ribbon and flower insert, excellent wifi... just a superb room and hotel. You have to carry your cases up the stairs (but staff did insist on offering to bring them up for me) Breakfast is simple (then again I do eat a lot, so it's probably fine for everyone else) Clean bedding, comfy bed, excellent shower and fully stocked with toiletries. Superb staff too! (Thank you all for your kindness)

Located right on the beach, Sueños Tulum offers guests an outdoor swimming pool, spa treatments, yoga classes and free Wi-Fi. This hotel is only a 10-minute drive from the Mayan ruins. The location was amazing, really quite and can enjoy the (private) Beach. We have enjoyed it that much and extended one more Day. The staff are friendly and attentive, plus the breakfast was very good.

Our stay at Azucar was absolutely perfect! The place is beautiful, dreamy!!!! The pool area on the beach, STUNNING!!! Everything is new, sparkling clean. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated with quality furniture and bed linens. Powerfull AC, hot shower, large balcony with breathtaking views. The staff were all very personable and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Xavier that took care of us on the beach is a gem and he made the best michelada i've ever had! I was travelling alone with my 6 year old daughter and we always felt safe and welcomed. She loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. Another thing to note is that the food is spectacular!!! The guacamole with chicharron, the fish tacos, the tuna tostada, the breakfasts, EVERYTHING! Quality ingredients prepared the right way. It was quiet at night and we slept like babies. There's also a stunning pool on the roof with views of the jungle and the sea. I loved everything about our stay and will absolutely return!

Located on Playa del Carmen's vibrant 5th Avenue, Unic Design Hotel is an elegant property offering accommodations just 5 minutes' walk from Mamitas Beach Club. Complimentary breakfast was terrific. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Location could not have been better.

Το XscapeTulum βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στον προορισμό Τουλούμ και διαθέτει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, εξωτερική πισίνα, δωρεάν WiFi και κήπο. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Great value for the price! Lovely swimming pool and very well taken care of garden. I want to point my wonderful experience with the team that works there, especially Luis and Flor that works at the restaurant in the morning. Very friendly and professional staff!

Featuring Mexican-style décor, Hotel Casa Colibri is a sea-front boutique hotel located in the heart of Playa del Carmen. We spent 10 days in this beautiful place. Our rating is 10 out of 10. We are already back to our usual snowy Canadian routine, but the feeling of an amazing vacation at Casa Calabri is still with us. The staff was very helpful, and we always felt that any question would be solved right away. The rooms were cleaned every day, and there was always a feeling of freshness, cleanliness, and a nice smell. Each room has a hammock, and we loved relaxing there in the shade during the strong sun, looking at the tall green jungle trees. We are big fans of the rustic, handmade style in Casa Calabri. Every detail in the hotel catches your attention and looks like it was made especially for this place. The hotel restaurant was wonderful. Bravo to the chefs — it was one of the most delicious places we have ever eaten at! The bartenders also made excellent cocktails, bravo to them too! The waiters worked very hard to make our stay comfortable and were always very attentive and friendly. The restaurant prices seemed similar to most places — not more and not less. In any case, we highly recommend this hotel — you will definitely fall in love with it!

Right on the beach and just few meters away from 5th Avenue with all restaurants. Staff were super nice and at night there is always a guard at the reception. The breakfast was a la carte, and was very delicious! Wish there was a pool as for few days the sea wasnt accessible due to extreme algae.
