The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

Attractively situated in the centre of Tulum, XscapeTulum features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. This 4-star hotel offers a shared lounge and room service. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The hotel was very nice and well located- it felt like a little oasis. Absolutely loved our room decor and the quiet pool. Staff were very helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. Location might seem a bit sketchy in the evening, but we havent felt unsafe even late in the evening.

The city's famous 5th avenue, world-known for its restaurants, bars, discotheques and shopping areas are only one block away. The hotel is beautiful and, in my opinion, the best one in Playa del Carmen. The premises, atmosphere, and beach club are magnificent. The staff are friendly and uphold a high standard of service.
