The proximity to the beach made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sand at any time. Additionally, the secure surroundings added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. ADO Estación Turística is 3-4 blocks away which is super convenient! You also have OXXO, Carl's Jr, Starbucks, and many clothing stores (Zara, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Fullsand, Old Navy, etc.) less than one block away. Room was spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably. The cleanliness of the room was also noteworthy; it was evident that the staff took great care in maintaining a spotless environment. The staff at Che Suites were not only very friendly but also went the extra mile to assist with a late check-in, ensuring a smooth start to my stay. The check-out process was equally hassle-free, making my departure from the hotel a breeze. Internet connection was stable and fast. Accessibility Note: It's worth mentioning that guests need to take stairs to access their rooms. If stairs are not an issue for you, this is a fantastic option. Personally, it added a touch of exercise to my day. Considering this factor, if you have no problem with stairs, Che Suites is a great option.

Casa Don Diego features air-conditioning and private bathrooms in every guest room. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

While planning a winter escape, I focused more on the type of resort rather than location or beach. I wanted to feel pampered, zen and with nature. I had stayed at Viceroy hotels in the US before and always had a good experience, so I was happy to find this one with only 40 or so rooms and the type of setting I was seeking. The care the staff took was unparalleled to any other experience we’ve had. They looked after us, brought us treats, knew our preferences and were always so accommodating. The massage was the best we ever experienced. The vibe of the common areas is low key; no loud music or obnoxious behavior, the food was excellent. The suites are so different from your average resort, the bed was huge and comfortable, each room has an outdoor shower and plunge pool. The rain head showers were a delight with excellent pressure. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place (obviously). If you’re seeking an out-of-the-ordinary adult experience to relax and be pampered, this is the place.

I’m absolutely thrilled that I discovered this hotel Azucar on the tulum coast, there’s really nothing else like it on the beachfront here. It’s quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and truly beautiful. Both types of rooms, the King Room and the Bungalow, are incredibly comfortable: fully equipped, with hammocks on the balconies and terraces, a new air-conditioning system, spotless interiors, and stunning views. They also have their own restaurant with excellent food and a gorgeous pool. In short, everything you need for a perfect retreat. Before this I stayed at the overhyped La Zebra and didn’t enjoy it. I’m glad I found Azucar, I even extended my stay in Tulum for another two weeks.

Unic Design Hotel can assist guests 24 hours a day in the front desk. Excellent location. The reception staff were very friendly. We could hear some sounds of artists on the streets at night, but it didn't bother us at all. The water in the shower in the morning takes a while to heat up, but that's okay. Breakfast at the Italian restaurant just below was a great and delicious option. It was really worth being at the hotel. Thanks!

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The place it's beautiful , it's like a garden with palm trees very fresh with a lovely pool in the middle. The place was quiet and peaceful, there's a street there but it's not noisy. It's safe on the streets even after dark and there are free parking spaces . The breakfast was really good tasty and fresh. We eat in the garden , in the shadow of the palms, very nice. The rooms was beautiful , the bed big and comfy, lovely bathroom with a big mirror looking in the little private garden. There's a little garden patio with a big fence so there's no view, there was a lot of humidity in the room so even outside our bathing suits were still wet the other day, we had to put them outside laying in the sun. The ac went perfectly.iI recommend this place :) the Mai road with shops and restaurants is near, I recommend Speedy tacos very tasty and good prices. I will come again

The city's famous 5th avenue, world-known for its restaurants, bars, discotheques and shopping areas are only one block away. Awesome location and wonderful vibe! I traveled with my brother and found what we were looking for to relax (piña coladas in happy hour and music being played by a cool DJ while we were sunbathing). The hotel is behind 5ta Avenida, and it’s walking distance from the main restaurants and meeting points for the tours!
