They knew roughly when to expect us because the second we arrived someone came to let us in and show us our room and explain everything. As long as you look at a map this place was pretty easy to find as it’s on a main road. Walked from the ferry and it took maybe 5 min. Bed is SO comfy. The kitchenette was so useful, we used the fridge to keep leftovers and the microwave to warm it up later. The air con was perfect. Loved the soap and shampoo. They offer towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach though we didn’t use it. The location really is perfect. We didn’t hear party noise at all at night but we’re just down the street from all the bars/restaurants/market. We got a great vibe from the place. We decided to dive with Squalo Divers and they are literally 1 min down the street so that ended up being even more convenient!! Este establecimiento aislado se encuentra a las afueras de la localidad de Tulum, a poca distancia en taxi de la playa. El establecimiento está rodeado de jardines tropicales. The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff! Nothing to complain about. The inn-room breakfast is amazing. Especially the french toast. Overall a perfect hotel even though it is quite expensive!
