A beautiful oasis close to the center. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

Το Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta βρίσκεται στην πλατεία Mejorada, σε απόσταση 230μ. The owner from Nice gave us some of the best service we have ever received. He upgraded our room without charge for our honeymoon, drew us a map of Merida with recommendations, carried our luggage to the room, made sure we had cold water for the night, and much more. 10/10. Super cute hotel and outdoor area as well.

What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. Loved this hotel! From when Gabriel collected us to bring us to Valladolid, ( & stopping at Cobá to give us a flavour of Mayan culture) it was all amazing. Everyone was so eager to help ( my husband became quite ill) and Rubin and Gabriel were so attentive. Breakfast was gorgeous but the setting of this little oasis is even better. As my husband wasn’t well I opted to eat dinner in hotel. this too was fantastic, as were the cocktails! Thanks so much to Gabriel - recommended an unbelievable guide in Rio Lagartos ( biologist) and a driver to take us there, both whom accommodated a change of day due to illness. Would def return, thank you.

My stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with exceptional service and genuine warmth from the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. The restaurant served up some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted, with each dish crafted to perfection. The ambiance added to the dining experience, making every meal a delightful treat. The hotel itself was a beautiful and comfortable oasis, with tastefully decorated rooms and inviting common areas. The refreshing pool was a welcome retreat after a day of exploring, and the easy parking made coming and going a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the proximity to the center, allowing me to easily access all of Merida's historical tourist attractions. Plus, having the owner onsite added an extra layer of hospitality, as they were always available to offer friendly advice and assistance.

Featuring an outdoor pool and set next to Francisco Cantón Park, Hotel Mesón del Marqués is set in a Colonial 17-century house. What an amazing hotel! Decor is beautiful, staff are attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is STUNNING! Would absolutely recommend to stay here.
