A bit far away from the busiest part but worth the walk and the peace. We had a motorbike so it was the perfect spot.

The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

I left my bag at the rebak island and only realised when I reached chenang port. I was on my way to airport and the manager and receptionist at rebak Island couldn't help me. A very kind, proactive, resourceful lady, an employee of yours, went out of the way to somehow reach it to me to the airport. The receptionist or the manager at rebak Island couldn't help me. But she came up with a great solution and helped me out by getting the bag in the next boat and getting it delivered to the airport. Please look into this to reward her accordingly. Its small gestures like these that go a long way and make the whole experience so good. All the amenities were great, location was great,.service was great.
