The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

Truly pamper their guests with every tiny detail you find in the resort whether it’s a physical structure installed or the atmosphere and overall feeling you get; Also know how to bring a smile to your face and make you feel at home. Almost all of the staff were smiling all the time and were genuinely friendly. I will definitely miss them. Unbelievably every little thing was perfect. The only thing I can think of that wasn’t is the choice of their movie under the star program and the fact that the sea was too shallow to swim🙃 Nevertheless you must not miss the opportunity of visiting this beautiful island. I just remembered that even the ferry to leave and come back to the island was free for unlimited times!!!!!unlike other resorts that make you forget all about leaving the island and feeling stuck in the resort. I must take time to specially thank Mr shaval who made this trip even better and appreciate all of the staff’s next level hospitality❤️

This was my 3rd stay in Berjaya since past few years and this time has been amazing like always. Excellent food, well maintained private beach and swimming pools. Neat and clean rooms. The staff is very helpful. Their front desk Manager Saad is very accommodating. One of the finest resorts for a family breakaway.
