I really enjoyed the demeanour of the staff at the hotel. They were extremely accommodating and helpful the following day when we lost our passports. They diligently searched the rooms and found our passports without any fuss.

The hotel is brand new, hence everything was spic and span. The room was basic but very well appointed and sparkling clean. There is a spacious sofa bed in the room which can easily accomodate two kids or one adult. The breakfast spread was limited but excellent. The Egg station deserves a special mention for churning out some truly amazing Egg dishes for breakfast. The service the breakfast buffet was incredibly good and efficient. The location of the hotel is another plus point. Its right in the centre of Ipoh and only a 2 minutes walk away from Ipoh Parade Mall, which has lots of eating options ect.
