We got a big room on the top floor, which is the haunt of the hotel's pet cats. Above all, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We badly miss the kitties! 😭❤ Edit: My brother inadvertently left his laptop in the hotel lobby upon our early checkout, and fortunately one of the staff members returned it to him.
