From the convenient location by the airport (great to avoid KL traffic while travelling and close to many restaurants) to the impeccable level of cleanliness and super comfy beds, as well as the tastefully decorated rooms, and delicious breakfast prepared by the host - we could not be happier! Special thanks to our hosts, James and Jo, for being so discreet yet so courteous and helpful, we appreciate them accommodating our request to store our large luggages while we needed to travel light to the Islands. We will be back!!

The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful—especially the person who greeted us each time we entered through the front door, and Bilal, who took care of the 4th floor. We felt at home. I traveled with my parents and my aunt, and we had a lot of luggage; the team helped us so much with that. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the gym and the rooftop area. Another five-star aspect was the location—easy to reach, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to KL.
