Located next to the marina in the scenic town of Flåm, the accommodation includes free WiFi and magnificent views of the Sognefjord. the fjord view in front my room was amazing, room was clean, neat and comfortable. Food from the restaurant tasted great too, just a bit pricely.

Dragsvik Fjordhotell is located along the Gaularfjellet National Tourist Route (National Scenic Routes) The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. The location was wonderful. Even though it was 9 km away from Balestrand, it was easily accessible by bus. The meals were excellent, the rooms were very clean and the owners were very helpful.

The hotel is situated in a tiny picturesque village from the late 19th century by the Luster fjord, overlooking a fantastic view. It has Norway’s best breakfast with everything you may wish, and fantastic service. For extra luxury, enjoy a wonderful 4-course dinner prepared by some of our best chefs, followed by a drink and coffee in the garden. We stayed in one of the modern rooms, which has plenty of space and a nice porch on the lawn to enjoy the morning sun. This is a must see for everyone who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It’s not cheap, but it’s with it.

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. We stayed in a fisherman's hut, right on the water. It was gorgeous. We even got lucky and were able to see the northern lights over the fjord from our little porch. The restaurant and included breakfast were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Situated in western Norway’s Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this waterfront hotel offers easy access to ferry boat fjord tours. Everything! Everything is perfect. The scenery omg, the bedroom is so cozy and have a nice design (I got the newly renovated room). It gave off cabin in the mountain living vibe. It feels secluded and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast has a very nice varieties and taste good. I'm in love with Norway and its nature.

Housed in a 19th-century building by Stryn Bay, this hotel offers individually decorated rooms with private balconies and free WiFi access. Stryn centre is a short walk away. Our stay at Visnes Hotel Stryn felt like a peaceful journey back in time. The hotel has a cozy and bright atmosphere that reminded me of staying at my grandmother’s house – warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We arrived very early due to our bus schedule, and the staff kindly let us leave our luggage even before check-in time, which was a big help as it was raining and nothing nearby was open. The staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for those who love nature and authentic Norwegian charm.

The location is beautiful and very close to the zipline which led us to having the most amazing day of our whole Scandinavian adventure. We did the zipline followed by the bike ride then the fjord safari in Flam followed by the flamsbana back up later in the day. We used this as a way to break up the journey from Oslo to Bergen and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is quirky and homely with excellent food provision all day, you don't need anything else.
