Incredibly clean and well presented suites in the heart of the CBD. A direct walk down queens street to the water front and a 5-10 minute walk to the sky tower. Staff were very friendly and looked after our bags while we explored Auckland. We would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here next time we’re in town.

It was centrally located. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a heated pool and the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Auckland.

This is one of the most friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely nice! We stayed in two connected rooms. Very good cooked breakfast delivered to the room. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are big. There is kitchen equipment available in the room. The beach is on the other side of the road (probably 50 meters walk). The restaurant is in the town, a few minutes nice walk. The internet WiFi connection is super fast with a good coverage. The hotel was well located for us as we wanted to visit Shakspear Park. It is just about one hour drive from Auckland. Have I told that the staff is extremely friendly, nice and just wonderful? After checkout we were offered towels to enjoy beach longer. We gave the towels back to the hotel in the afternoon long after checkout. Thank you, that helped us a lot.

Το Great Ponsonby Arthotel είναι μια όμορφη βίλα πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς του 1890, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το πολυσύχναστο κέντρο του Ponsonby. Wow! what an awesome establishment! The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. We scored the studio in the back and it was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The communal areas in the main house is clean with the colourful local and pasifika art decorating the walls, good comfy furniture's. The balcony out back was relaxing and theres plenty of seating areas in and around outside. Enjoyed meeting the other guests during the breakfast session. There are hot and intercontinental breakfast choices. For sure everyone's food needs are well catered for. Location is great with shops, cafes and eateries only a few mins walk away. Totally recommend.
